1904 House Renovation - Northside
This home built in 1904 by William Erhart and was lived in by his family for over 80 years in the historic and walkable Cincinnati neighborhood of Northside.
In celebration of the home’s second century, and their love of cooking the owners added a large modern kitchen by combining two first floor rooms. Many original features such as the wood trim in the entry and the built in china cabinet in the dining room were preserved. The tile work in the Master bathroom was restored as part of a full bathroom remodel, which included a new glass tile shower and radiant heated floor.
