This is a LEED Gold residence in Cincinnati. This project follows the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and takes traditional cost effective building methods and couples them with newer materials and energy efficient systems to create a comfortable and durable modern house filled with natural light. In addition to sustainable design, this home is designed so the owners can age-in-place, accessibility and adaptability are planned
into the project. It has ADA compliant threshold and doors for easy entry from the front door and garage. Structural Insulated Panel provide R-40 walls, the Ground-source heat pump (Geothermal) provides low cost heating and cooling and the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) provide a constant supply of fresh air.
