Spring Street Townhomes

Pendleton is a mostly residential and walkable neighborhood on the east side of Over-the-Rhine Historic District,    north of the Central Business District in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is home to historic architecture, unique businesses and     the Pendleton Art Center and adjacent arts district with over 150 artists.  

Within short walking distance from the Art Center, the Spring Street Townhomes will be a 5-unit development that includes (5) New Townhomes.   The design builds on historic neighborhood precedents of street-scape rhythm, cast stone banding above and below the windows, as well as a maintaining a vertical emphasis with building form, 2:1 double hung window proportions and contrasting masonry.   This project is in the preliminary design phase and           will seek approval from the Over-the-Rhine Historic Board.
